I do a lot of voice work and I really enjoy it. My presenting talents began early on as a BBC Graduate Trainee when I was drafted into BBC Radio Oxford and found myself on air after just two weeks. I took over from Timmy Mallett as a DJ when he left for Breakfast TV and hosted the “Martin Cox Music Box” drive time show as well as producing and presenting the weekend sports programming. This took me to BBC Radio Two and then on to BBC Radio One.
It is very helpful to my clients to work with someone like me who has such a great experience “both sides of the glass” as a voice and as a producer. I record weekly podcasts for American radio stations, channel announcements for Talking Pictures TV on Sky as well as many product films for Europe, The Middle East and the UK.
I can perform to many styles and here is a selection of voice tracks which I have broken down into different categories from children’s narrative to corporate learning.
